RSLP Circular 2000/4 was issued to all UK HEI librarians about future RSLP activities and post RSLP developments.

RSLP Circular 2000/3 was issued to all UK HEI librarians requesting suggestions for small scale studies and projects and for views on post-RSLP activities.

RSLP Circular 2000/2 A letter was issued on 17 July to all HEI librarians about the basis for any continuation scheme to the RSLP access strand.

RSLP Circular 1999/5 A letter to all UK librarians was issued on 29 November informing them about the study on the capacity of access control systems that the RSLP is undertaking in conjunction with the libraries of the Universities of Glasgow and Strathclyde.  Also enclosed was a questionnaire for their completion about access control systems currently in place in their institutions.

RSLP Circular 1999/4 Funding was announced on 26 November for the Supporting Research Access to Major Holdings Libraries strand of the Programme.

RSLP Circular 1999/3 Guidelines for RSLP Second Call for Proposals issued 26 November 1999.
